Risorgimento Museum

The Risorgimento Museum occupies several rooms of the Palazzo Ducale and illustrates the period of Italian history between 1821 and WWI, known as Risorgimento, through a series of interesting exhibits. Some of them are particularly noteworthy, namely the flag of the "Carbonari", gift of the Province, the flags of the National Guard and of the XII^th battalion, as well as the relics of Garibaldi and Mazzini. Arms of different periods and from different countries are also on exhibition.
The Museum reopened, after restoration work, on the 17^th of March.
